AVE Services travelled to Madrid, Spain to provide conference AV support and technical services for a week-long event starting on 4th February. The conference took place in the heart of the capital at the Marriott Hotel Princesa.
Our team delivered a complete conference production setup for the main plenary room and four separate meeting rooms, with two on-site technicians managing the event throughout.
Beyond the Conference
Delegates enjoyed Madrid after hours, exploring a variety of restaurants and a vibrant indoor street market with 30+ food vendors under one roof. Our goal is to make international events effortless so teams can focus on networking and the experience.
