AVE Services was pleased to provide AV support for the Expedition Cruise Conference 2024, hosted by the Expedition Cruise Network. The event brought together key figures and stakeholders from the expedition cruise industry to discuss current trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable travel practices. The Event was hosted at the Bankside Hotel in Southwark, London.

With topics ranging from ship innovations and operational strategies to the exploration of remote destinations, the conference is a leading event for those involved in the growing expedition cruise sector. This annual gathering facilitates knowledge sharing and networking, while also advancing discussions around responsible and sustainable cruising.
AVE Services provided a complete audio visual solution for the main conference room, featuring a PA system with six wireless microphones and two strategically positioned speakers to ensure clear, even sound throughout the space. A full-length stage was set up at the front, equipped with a digital lectern displaying sponsor advertisements, enhancing both functionality and branding. To add visual appeal, we installed uplighters that introduced a splash of colour to the room, with the lighting scheme changing for the awards ceremony at the end of the first day. Additionally, 50″ relay screens were placed midway down the room to ensure optimal visibility for attendees seated towards the back. For the whole event, a technician was on hand to operate the sound desk and help with any technical needs for the conference.
