The day started with a drinks receptions and light entertainment so everyone had the chance to mingle. The guests of all the nominees for the awards took their seats at their tables and gave all of the nominated women a standing ovation as they all entered the room together.

The day had many opportunities to donated to the charity with a raffle, auction and fun games. As the individual stories were told, many others wanted to donate to the personal challenges that they were doing to raise money. The whole day was inspiring and watching so many people come together to help each other was something that we don’t see enough.

The event was run by two technicians that had full control of the PA system, microphones, lights and presentation to make sure everything ran smoothly.
