We are offering a 10% discount on audio visual equipment rentals for events and hires taking place in 2025. Please note that this discount applies solely to the rental of audio visual equipment and does not extend to any services, such as technicians, transport, or setup charges.
Terms and Conditions:
- Promotion Validity: The discount applies to events and hires scheduled in 2025 only. Bookings must be made before 1st December 2025, and the offer must be redeemed by 19th December 2025. The discount cannot be applied to events or hires taking place after this period.
- Equipment-Only Discount: The 10% discount is strictly applicable to the rental cost of audio visual equipment. It does not apply to services such as technicians, delivery, setup, or dismantling charges.
- Non-Transferable: The discount code is non-transferable and holds no cash equivalent. It can only be used by the person or entity to whom it was originally issued.
- Single Use Per Booking: Only one discount code can be applied to a single booking. The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or offers, including those already applied to a booking.
- No Retroactive Application: The discount cannot be applied retroactively to bookings made prior to the promotion’s start date or after its expiration date.
- Subject to Availability: All equipment is subject to availability. AVE Services reserves the right to refuse or limit the application of the discount if equipment availability becomes an issue.
- Right to Withdraw: AVE Services reserves the right to withdraw the discount at any time without prior notice. Any confirmed bookings prior to such a withdrawal will still have the discount honoured.
- Cancellation and Amendments: If the booking is cancelled or amended after confirmation, the discount may no longer apply. Any changes to the booking, including date changes or equipment changes, may void the discount at AVE Services’ discretion.
- Liability Limitation: AVE Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the application of the discount code or any inability to apply it.
- Changes to Terms: AVE Services reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
