Live streaming your wedding is a beautiful way to include friends and family who can’t be there in person. At AVE Services, we create a fully personalised streaming website just for you – complete with your names, photos, a guestbook feature, and a unique web address. The stream is securely locked down, so only the people you invite can view your special day.
Our experienced video production team can also create a professionally edited film of the day, capturing all the big moments and the little details. By handling both the filming and streaming in-house, we make the technical side of your wedding smooth and stress-free, so you can focus on enjoying every moment.

Do you provide same-day or emergency AV hire?
Yes – if we have the AV hire equipment in stock and a technician available, we can arrange urgent hire, sometimes within hours. This is ideal if another supplier has let you down or you’ve had last-minute technical issues.
Do you deliver and set up the AV hire equipment?
Yes – delivery, setup, and collection can be included with any AV hire booking within our service area. We’ll arrange a time that suits you, install and test everything on site, and ensure you’re confident using the equipment before we leave.
Can I pick up the equipment myself?
In some cases, yes. Smaller AV hire items can be collected from our base in Berkshire. However, for complex setups or delicate equipment, we recommend delivery and professional setup to ensure everything is working perfectly.
What happens if equipment is damaged during hire?
